There is just too much to do and so little time to complete everything.I'm not complaining though,I'm just saying hey. I wonder if we will be done by tomorrow.

We (knowledge creators) thank everybody for honoring our invite yesterday.the workshop was successful because of you guys,your cooperation and participation meant a lot to us.We are busy capturing the information and truly speaking you all have brilliant ideas.We (UP students) are a group with various skills and i bet if we start our own company, it is gonna grow big by day. i just wonder who will be the CEO though..hope everybody is enjoying their tasks.

First it was my stomach and now the camera saga,guys what's happening today? This is not the right way to start a weekend....

workshop planning day

My group members and i were planning a workshop today.At first we thought it was challenging task because it was our first time plus we weren't sure if we were in the right direction. Thank goodness we have an amazing mentor who actually made us to understand and now i feel like i could just plan more of this for my entire career. It is quiet an interesting task I've ever been involved in and it brought out the creativity in me.

second day @ the csir

Yesterday was my first day @ the csir and i had the most amazing experience. We dealt with peer mentoring and reverse mentoring and how it is important to us "new professionals". Let me give a brief explanation of the two terms peer mentoring and reverse mentoring just so everybody understands. Peer mentoring is the form of mentoring that takes place in learning,corporate and social environments and it enhances the development of an individual in their career advancement and personal growth. Reverse mentoring happens when a junior mentors a senior and it aims at helping the older people to be knowledgeable especially in the field of information technology. Guys we should be aware of techniques such as this because they can take us places.I'm enjoying my project and hope everyone is doing the same. Have a great productive day.
